  1. Legal Engagement: Any attempt to hire our employees directly, without the intermediation of 7Great, will be considered a violation of these terms and conditions of use. This action could result in legal action by 7Great, including seeking compensation for damages.

 

  1. User Responsibility: The contracting parties assume the responsibility of respecting this clause and guaranteeing that any cleaning or maintenance service is carried out through our platform. The company is not responsible for any agreements or transactions made outside the platform, nor for the risks associated with such agreements.

 

By accepting these terms of use, the contracting party acknowledges their commitment to comply with 7Great’s policies and accepts the legal consequences of any violation of these policies. 7Great reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in the event of non-compliance.
